We use your name, company, email and country to create your account, provide access and support. The person registering is the company administrator. Email confirmation is not required; password recovery uses the supplied address.

The portal uses essential session and form-protection cookies. Gmail delivers password recovery and transactional notices. Queue content is removed after sending; pending messages expire within 24 hours and delivery records within seven days. The team manages copies received in Gmail.

Without a paid subscription, trial accounts and data are deleted on day 16. Backups expire within 14 days. Previously subscribed companies are not automatically deleted for late payment. Required financial records are retained. Stripe will process payments when enabled.

Access forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check automated requests. Your browser communicates with Cloudflare for this verification.

CleanBusiness Pro — by FMD Digital Services. The person registering is the company administrator and must keep account details correct and the password secure. Access is created automatically after password setup. This portal provides registration, access and subscription management; operational scheduling, customers, teams and finance remain in development.

The trial lasts 15 days from access creation, without a card or an automatic charge at expiry. Access is blocked at expiry; without a subscription, trial accounts and data are deleted on day 16. You may register again.

Continuing requires an explicit subscription: US$35 per 30 days or US$378 per 365 days, saving 10% against 12 monthly payments. Subscription and recurring renewal require explicit acceptance at checkout. Cancellation stops renewals and preserves the paid period. No automatic refund is promised.

The 30-day plan is blocked for non-payment at the end of the due date in America/New_York. The annual plan covers 365 days. Valid payment confirmation restores access automatically.
